1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

1.1 You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the 368gem platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

1.2 368gem reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where a player is found to be under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities where required by law.

1.3 You must be accessing the 368gem platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether the use of this platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 368gem does not accept liability for your breach of local laws.

1.4 Employees of 368gem, its contractors, affiliates, software providers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to register or participate in any real-money games or promotions offered by 368gem.

1.5 368gem conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification on all accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawals. Verification documents may include a Malaysian MyKad, passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

2. Account Registration & Security

2.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 368gem platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 368gem login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 368gem will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

2.3 All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 368gem reserves the right to suspend or close any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

2.4 You must notify 368gem immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

2.5 368gem may, at its discretion, require additional verification steps — including two-factor authentication — for any account. This is a security measure to protect the player and the integrity of the platform.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 All transactions on the 368gem platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 368gem accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect, subject to availability.

3.2 Deposits are credited to your 368gem account as soon as they are confirmed by the payment provider. Delays caused by the payment provider are outside 368gem's control.

3.3 Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Verified accounts in good standing are eligible for same-day withdrawal processing during business hours. 368gem does not guarantee a specific withdrawal processing time but will make reasonable efforts to process all verified withdrawal requests promptly.

3.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the account holder's verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

3.5 368gem reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, multiple accounts, or a breach of these Terms.

3.6 The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. These limits are subject to change with notice.

3.7 368gem does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges. Please review your e-wallet or bank's fee schedule.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

4.1 368gem offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotional page. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

4.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") as specified in the applicable promotion. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated for each promotion.

4.3 368gem reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where circumstances require.

4.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, collusion, use of automated betting software to exploit promotions, or any other strategy 368gem determines to be exploitative — is prohibited. 368gem may void bonus winnings and terminate accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

4.5 Bonuses can only be claimed once per individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless otherwise explicitly stated by 368gem.

5. Gameplay Rules & Betting

5.1 All games available on the 368gem platform — including live casino, slots, poker, sports betting, and fisher games — are governed by their respective game rules, which are made available within each game interface or game information section.

5.2 368gem uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party providers. Game results are independently audited and certified as fair. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the long-term statistical average return across millions of game rounds.

5.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game round, 368gem reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake. 368gem will not be held liable for losses arising from technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control.

5.4 Live sports betting markets are subject to the rules of the relevant sport. Where there is ambiguity or dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, 368gem's decision — made in good faith based on the best available information — shall be final.

5.5 368gem reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to system errors or data feed failures. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded to the player's account.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 368gem platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or any alias;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other competitive game format;
• Abusing or harassing 368gem staff, other players, or live dealer personnel;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain rather than reporting them to 368gem;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your account.

368gem reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold or forfeit all associated balances where permitted by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on the 368gem platform — including but not limited to the 368gem brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 368gem or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 368gem platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 368gem content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 The 368gem platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 368gem makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is operational and available at all times, it does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access.

8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 368gem shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) technical malfunctions or service interruptions; (c) unauthorised access to your account where caused by your failure to maintain credential security; or (d) losses sustained through gambling activities on the platform.

8.3 368gem's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

9.1 368gem collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://368gem.net/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2 368gem will not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

9.3 368gem may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units where required by applicable law or court order.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 You may close your 368gem account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

10.2 368gem reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) fraud or illegal activity is suspected; (c) required by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency; or (d) continuation of the account poses a risk to the integrity or reputation of the 368gem platform.

10.3 Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms by the player, 368gem reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Real-money balances confirmed as legitimately won will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deducting any bonus-related entitlements.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 368gem holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body under that jurisdiction.

11.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a specific game outcome, transaction, or account action, players must contact 368gem customer support in the first instance at [email protected]. 368gem will respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

11.3 Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under Malaysian consumer protection law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 368gem reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the 368gem platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

12.2 Your continued use of the 368gem platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
